Planning and Budget--P. Barnas, Chair: To serve on the University Budget Committee, in
bringing forth the interests of Academic Affairs in meeting the goals of
the University.
Enrollment Services--T. Green, Chair: To set enrollment goals and objectives for recruitment
of the freshman class of 2002 and transfer students; to make
recommendations on information systems which might better serve the
interests of the various university divisions.
Student Affairs--L.Wankel, Chair: To develop
collaborative initiatives between Student Affairs and Academic Affairs,
and any other interested divisions, that will enhance the learning and
living environment within the university.
Academic Computing/IT - V. Carr/S Landry, Co-chairs: To work across
University divisions in developing information technology for academic
and support services.
Distance Education--P. DiSalvio, Chair: To examine distance education policy with regard to
program development, organizational structure, property rights issues,
including teaching and teaching support roles and compensation for such,
academic/accreditation concerns and other matters of interest.
Graduate Studies/University College/Continuing
Education--P.DiSalvio,
Chair: To consider University mission
with regard to graduate education; to study alternative undergraduate
admissions policy (through University College); to review continuing
education development, with recommendations for all of these separate,
yet connected entities.
