Academic Governance
Echoing Monsignor Sheeran's vision for Seton Hall
University, the mission of the Division of Academic Affairs is to form
students to be servant leaders in a global society. Fulfillment of the
institutional mission is possible only when individuals and leaders are
able to come together under an organized structure that encourages
healthy communication through clearly established and agreed upon
principles and procedures. Guided by the leadership of the Faculty
Senate and supported by the Academic Management Team, the Division of
Academic Affairs coordinates faculty members and students with diverse
academic backgrounds and interests to work in tandem to further the
University's mission.
This is the essence of Academic Governance. This page contains a
representative sample of the many groups and individuals responsible for
creating the cohesion among the academic units so that the entire
Division of Academic Affairs to do its part in furthering the mission of
Seton Hall University. |
