Academic Advising for Stillman Students
Seton Hall University requires that all students meet with an academic adviser prior to any pre-registration period. The Stillman School has faculty advisers available in each business discipline area, including two faculty members for students who have not yet selected a specific concentration area. While all curriculum information is available to students in printed and electronic format, advisers serve in a guidance capacity. Advisers work with students to choose classes, as well as to review career paths in a particular discipline. Once a student meets with his or her faculty adviser, that student is given a personal identification number (PIN) that provides access to the student’s degree audit and registration privileges for the next semester.

Transfer Students
If a student transfers to Seton Hall University, s/he is advised by our Student Information Office, Jubilee Hall, Room 526, 973-761-9222 for her/his first two semesters as a Stillman student. This general advisement office is available for students who are working through the process of getting transfer credits appropriately applied to their degree. For the 2007-2008 academic year, the advisers are: Tom Hayes, Angie Mattis, Matt Utermark, Ben Wentzel, Thom Hayn, Aaron Pickus, Brian Ade and Brendon Miller.
