Early Warning System
Seton Hall has established an electronic Early Warning System that gives professors the option of alerting students who are doing poorly in a class. It is up to the professors to decide if they want to use the system. Students who are sent a warning receive an e-mail to their SHU account from the professor and a copy of the warning is also sent to the students' advisers. Students should NOT assume that all is well simply because they have not received an early warning. Not all professors make use of this option.
Students who do receive this warning should contact their professor immediately to resolve the academic issues that are preventing success.
