There are many nursing scholarship opportunities available at all levels of nursing: basic undergraduate nursing, graduate nursing, second-degree students, and for RNs returning to complete their BSN degree. More and more individual hospitals are developing scholarship programs for their employees and for nursing students willing to commit to a period of employment at the hospital in exchange for a scholarship. Be sure to check your local hospitals for these offerings by calling the hospital’s Human Resources department.
